Tub Tim Resort and Bangalows is a great place to stay on Koh Samet. It is quiet in the evenings so if you just want to have an early night after a hard day swimming and bush walking you will not be disturbed if you choose the right accomodation.

Tub Tim Bangalows were upgraded in 2009 so things like the fans, air conditioning and plumbing still work. The beach at Tub Tim is small compared to White Sands beach. The beach is usually clean and you can get a relaxing Thai massage under the trees at the edge of the beach.

The access to Tub Tim resort and beach is either by walking along the beach from White Sand beach or by road. The road runs along the ridge around the back of the resort and is not a very comfortable ride in the back of a pick up.
